STEM Scholarship Application Information
We will have the 2022 scholarship application link posted soon to this location on the website. The date for submitting is June 30, 2022.
Selection Criteria:
- Must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior enrolled in an ABET accredited undergraduate program in engineering or other STEM field at a university, college, or community college for the fall semester of the year of application.
- A US Citizen.
Submission Criteria
- All applications must be postmarked by June 30, 2022
- Applicant must show a proven record of academic achievement via official transcript of 3.0 or better for engineering, science, technology and math courses. Weighting will be applied to the number of STEM courses taken
- Packet will include the application form, official undergraduate transcript, and 2-page essay
- Applicant will prepare and submit a two-page maximum essay on the topic of “Why I chose to pursue and engineering/STEM career and what I hope to accomplish with my degree.” You may also highlight any personal/financial challenges or barriers encountered.
Scholarships are for $1,000 for one year. Direct payment to the university or college will be applied to the student’s account.
